Orders typically ship in 7–14 business days. A tracking link will be emailed once your order is on its way.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After production starts, changes aren’t possible.

We currently only ship within the US.

You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return an item?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery - we’ll respond in 1–2 business days. All original tags must be attached. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

FIRELADY FUR claims to source from certified farms (Saga Furs, Kopenhagen Fur, TopRak) with high animal welfare standards (WelFur).
