Shipping Availability

Gallo Jean ships to destinations made available at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the product, delivery address, and fulfillment partner. An order cannot be placed for a destination that is not currently supported.

Processing & Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, fulfillment partner, destination, and shipping method. Estimated delivery information may be provided on the product page, during checkout, or in your order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping (most items): 7 – 14 business days

• Select items fulfilled by international suppliers: 14–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping-confirmation email will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to begin displaying movement.

Shipping Delays

Gallo Jean is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before submitting an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact hello@gallojean.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
