Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Email your order number and details to hello@gallojean.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll respond in 1–2 business days.
At Gallo Jean, each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be approved.
Return Approval
All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping instructions will be provided.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs for non-approved returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be processed and a new order may be placed separately.
